Board members also have online access to the accounts payable feature of our software where you can review current and past invoices and payment history for all your vendors. The easy to use online portal also allows board members to review and approve invoices for payment, generating an electronic signature on the check - thus eliminating the transit of checks for signature to and from the management office.
Our team includes a full time compliance manager who is responsible for integrity of all homeowner data, oversight of your bi-annual Secretary of State filing and required annual disclosures to the membership, compliance with your Collection Policy and California Civil Code when attempting to collect delinquent assessments, and processing of escrow demands for change in ownership of properties. Our compliance manager is also responsible for all client transition efforts - one contact person to make sure all of your records are in good order and safely transferred from the prior management company.
