As a member of the Council, our management company staff must adhere to the ethical and professional standards in accordance with the bylaws of CACM, its Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Practice.  This means we only operate with the utmost honesty, integrity, loyalty and fidelity with our clients and business partners. Membership in the Council also gives our leadership team access to the latest trends, forecasts and developments in the Common Interest Development (CID) industry.

Our commitment to high quality management service is confirmed by results of a survey conducted among the Coachella Valley HOA Presidents Council members.  Of the 47 blind surveys returned, Albert Management ranked higher than any other management company with an overall recommendation score of 4.60 on a scale of 1 - 5. 

We take great pride in keeping our board member customers informed on the ever changing laws and best HOA practices in California.  We host regular seminars for all board members free of charge and feature industry experts who can give you good advice with your current issues and challenges.   

Our best in class management software allows for easy to generate and read reports to help keep the board informed on a monthly basis.  Board members also have online access to the accounts payable feature of our software where you can review current and past invoices and payment history for all your vendors.  The easy to use online portal also allows board members to review and approve invoices for payment, generating an electronic signature on the check - thus eliminating the transit of checks for signature to and from the management office.

Our team includes a full time compliance manager who is responsible for integrity of all homeowner data, oversight of your bi-annual Secretary of State filing and required annual disclosures to the membership, compliance with your Collection Policy and California Civil Code when attempting to collect delinquent assessments, and processing of escrow demands for change in ownership of properties.  Our compliance manager is also responsible for all client transition efforts - one contact person to make sure all of your records are in good order and safely transferred from the prior management company. 

Albert Management is an independently owned and locally operated business.  We have no ties to a larger parent company which allows us tremendous flexibility in our service levels, technology investments, data and IT independence, reporting and financial systems.
